true
I was pretty bummed about a few things . firstly, we only got one key for the room. It made things really awkward since we had to keep leaving it at reception. i also found the room wasn't as clean as i'd hoped when we arrived. on top of that, the sauna was supposed to be included, but they wanted us to pay extra to use it. That really annoyed me.

overall a good stay
good location train pass cute reception hot water coffee capsules dusty room
the location was good, near transportation. the free train pass was convenient, letting us travel easily. i found the reception area cute upon arrival.
i found a lack of hot water during certain hours. we only received two coffee capsules for a room of four people. the room felt a little dusty on arrival.
